5. Various retail formats Department Stores, Discount Stores, Specialty Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, etc,. 6. Retail Mix Elements (or) Dimensions of Retail strategy Location, Merchandise/product mix, Price, Service, Communication/Advertisements, and Store Design and Display.
