Spaghetti Bolognese

Serving size: 1 to 2 Cooking time: less than 60 minutes Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil Onion (chopped finely) 2 cloves of garlic(chopped dinely) 150g combined mince 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 table spoons of tomato paste cup tomato sauce Smalll diced chilli 400g can tomato soup cup beef stock 250g spaghettini # 3 cup chopped flat leaf parsley, grated parmesan cheese for serving.

Method
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Chop all vegetables Add onion, garlic, celery and carrot; consistent stirring Add mince, cook until golden. Add oregano and stir. Add tomato pastes and sauces cook for 1 minute, add the soup, half the stock, add salt and pepper. 6. Cook spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water, Drain, then return to pan. 7. Add half the meat sauce and parsley: toss well 8. Serve spaghetti topped with remaining meat sauce and parmesan
