Digital Gate Controller is specially developed for Radial and Vertical Gate Position Indication and Control operation. The indicator accepts 4-20mA from gate position sensor which gives proportional output with respect to gate opening. The indicator can accept signal from variety of sensors like FSG, CMR etc. the indicator has facility to calibrate the displayed reading in terms of gate opening. The unit can display gate opening in absolute level ( 0 to 20.00 meters) as well as in terms of Reduced level which is many a times required for civil engineering calculations. The unit has a unique zero setting facility which can accommodate the sensor short comings either due to mounting arrangement or some setting of the sensor itself. With zero setting facility one is not required to change the mounting orientation frequently and the zero of the actual gate opening can be coincided with that of sensor easily. The indicator has been designed with unique optional controls which are very much necessary for operation of gates. So far, the mechanical limit switches are used for controls like full open, full close & intermediate, are not that effective and

many a times not working accurately properly as required. The Full open and Full close limit can be set to trip the Gate Motor when respective position is reached. The Full open limit can be set as per actual site requirement to stop the Raise operation. It has optional feature for setting limit of CRACK opening as per actual site condition. When gate reaches to the crack open limit, output relay is actuated and gate operation is stopped. If link with Vidyut WFC-21 Water Filling Controller, the further operation will start only when the balance head conditions is reached for the gate.
