Subject: Industrial Trainins of final vear textile students.

Dear Sir,

would like to inform you that the 4th year 2nd semester students of B. Sc. in Textile Engineering course have to undertake an 8-weeklong training in a textile mill. The objectives of
the training are to acclim atize the students to the industrial environment and help them gain hands-

on experiences of production processes and operations. The students of Fall Semester 2012 have completed their last (8th) Semester Final Examination and now they are ready to start their industrial training. So I am requesting you to kindly allow 03 (three) students of the Fabric Manufacturing stream to do their intemship in your renowned mill for 8 weeks beginning from a
date convenient for you.

It is stated for your information that Industrial Training

(Course No. Tex 500) canies 3 credits

and students are graded on the basis of (1) certificate of performance from the concerned mill, (2) evaluation of training reports prepared by the students and (3) the manner in which they present

their reports to a board of examiners comprising the teachers of the department.

I hope that you will accept them as trainee in the interest of human resource development for the textile sector of the counby. I shall also appreciate if you will also consider them for employment
