Values and belief Prior The client verbalized that he do believe in different superstitious beliefs like not sweeping

floor at night because the blessings will be sweep away., but even though he believes with those beliefs in regards with his health he alwaya consults to a doctor since that they have a family doctor whom they seek consultation. in addition , the client stated that he doesn't go to church regularly due to his busy schedules of business , but he verbalized that he do believe in God.. During he stated that he had some fear of not waking up after the procedure, but he verbalized that "i know that God above will not leave me until the last" After he verbalized that "i thank God that he gave me this another chance of my life despite of the numbers of diseases and the condition i have right now." envirnmental hx mr d. came from one of the city of cagayan valley where he was born and lived .he stated that he lives in a mixed wood and cement type of house, with a shower room, flushed type toilet and a clean potable type of water facility, in addition they have a little garden which is his wife's hobby, he doesn't have pets in their house but with different insect inside there house especifically mosquitoes, and he also added that they have some rodents and stray dogs outside. and he added his house are away from pollution because of the plants that surrounded our house
