Qualification: Full-Time degree in Engineering in Electrical with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE. Experience: Candidate should have relevant post qualification work experience in preparation of SLD & Load Calculation/ Formulation of Technical specification/ Estimation/ Supervision during execution. Experience in Commercial functions, Contract negotiations and Materials procurement would be an added advantage. b. Senior Engineer (Civil) Qualification: Full-Time degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University Or Institute recognized by AICTE. Experience: Post qualification relevant work experience in cost estimation and site work supervision, formulation of technical specification for construction / repair works in respect of industrial workshops/ buildings/ marine structures viz. wharves, jetties, basins, dry docks etc. Exposure to design of civil structures would be an added advantage. 6. SELECTION PROCESS: The selection for the above mentioned posts will be by way of Personal Interview. However, In the event of large number of applications received, management may decide to hold a Written Test followed by Personal Interview. 7. AGE RELAXATION: a. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer). The same is relaxed by 10 years for PWD-General, 13 years for PWD-OBC (NCL) and 15 years for PWD-SC Candidates. b. In case of Ex-servicemen, the upper age limit will be relaxed to the extent of number of years served in Military Service. However, the resultant age after deducting the period of service from the actual age should not exceed the prescribed age limit by more than 3 years. c. Upper Age will be relaxed to the extent of maximum 5 years for internal candidates. d. The OBC candidates, who belong to Creamy Layer, are not entitled for concession admissible to OBC category and such candidates; therefore need to indicate their category as General. The OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates need to submit the requisite certificate in prescribed format for Central Government jobs from a Competent Authority. The said certificate should not be more than one year old.

8. HOW TO APPLY: a. Application form may be downloaded from MDL website www.mazagondock.gov.in. b. Applications should be submitted strictly as per the prescribed format available on the MDL Website. c. All instructions as given on the MDL website must be adhered to, failing which, the applicant will be disqualified for the post. d. Name of the post applied for, should be super scribed on the envelope containing the application. e. The application should contain self attested copy of the following i. Copy of proof of age, ii. SSC or equivalent certificate, iii. Degree Certificate & Marks Sheets, iv. Certificates in support of Post Qualification Experience. v. Caste certificate in the prescribed format/ Certificate of Disability (if applicable). f. One recent passport size photograph is to be pasted on the form and one extra photograph to be attached. g. Applications must be forwarded through Postal/ Courier services only. Applications forwarded through any other means including by Fax, e-mail or hand delivery will not be entertained. h.
