and I quote stealing light. Statements indicate that this man has been walking the city streets and somehow causing any nearby light to go out.

As of now local authorities are aware of the reported phenomenon and stated that as of now they have no solid leads. Officer Benett of the LAPD said that he suspects that this may be some kind of a prank.
