Originating Idea
We recently put play money in our cash registers and the children have been shopping.
Materials :
One die, small plastic buckets for each child, assortment of pipe cleaners, counting fruit, paper clips,
beads.

Today, Ms. Michelle is opening up her store & you get to go shopping. We will be using this die, to help us buy the items. I would model by rolling & saying I got 3. I will buy three beads. Put in my bag.

Can put the die in House area for them to use or if really like the activity-Open another store for a small group (example use plastic animals & open Pet store).
