No:31784095671 As per below information I never received the Debit card: Card Blocked: 27/03/2012 New Card Request: 22/08/2012 Tracking No: EQ504143745IN My address: 636, Bijwasan, Near PO, New Delhi 110061 But as per my statement there is DEBIT ATM ANNUAL FEE of Rs.102.00. Which is incorect. Branch officials are not entertaining the request to waive the charge as I have not availed the debit card services. New Card Request: 02/09/2013 Tracking No: EQ525693902IN complaint letter 100054-73932 Celcon Order : 11679155 Debit Card requested on 22/08/2012 never received to me and as per India Post Tr acking No: EQ504143745IN card was delevered in Jaipur instead of New Delhi on 02 /09/2013, But there is ATM ANNUAL FEE of Rs.102.00 Which is incorect Branch officials are not entertaining the request to waive the charge as I have not availed the debit card services. Again I requested for Debit Card on 02/09/2013 and as per India Post Tracking No : EQ525693902IN Card has been returned due to Unclaimed But recently I have rece ived my Cheque Book on 09/09/2013 at CO Somvir Rana, Above Prateek Dairy, H. No. 636 3rd Floor, Bijwasan, Near Syndicate Bank, New Delhi 110061. Please resend the card again for delevery to my address.
