Stress
what is stress, and how do we manage it? Could it be daily and uplifting hassles in our lives? Ways I find to cope with stress. At the moments we fry our brain to death and to the boiling point it effects our health and cause life threaten issues and others problems. However everyone deals with stress differently and some are not bad as bad. The pressure and force that

sometimes come upon us like a dark cloud, we let it take control of our life. Instead of us using an umbrella to protect ourselves we choose to get rain on, because we stress about the no so important things in the world. For instance, as a adult I sometimes get upset for not begin able to buy clothes ,a car ,paying to ride the bus in the winter ,go places out of town, getting my hair ,nails done in the shop and shoes. It became a stress situation where I didnt pay rent and was behide in bills. However, I became aware of that it wasnt worth developing headaches and sleepless nights worrying about my bills polling up, and being evicted with kids. So I had gain wisdom and knowledge that I wasnt going to kill myself over pity things in life. Stress is very harmful and deadly to any human body.

Managing stress and how I learned to keep it on a level where I am in no need to pop my brain cells. Trying to do so much in one day is crazy. I found out exercising to relax youre your mind. I enjoy doing yoga because it eases my mind and allow me to think about all the tension I had during the week. It relieves state of mind out of certain situations when Im losing it. Most of all listening to music that mindful, good melodies, for an example, jazz, nature sounds, and piano playing tunes. Its proving to enhance our brain cells. When you feel you have a lot to bear, just get a calendar so you can remember things, keep track of everything from bills, daily schedules, and appointments and may even keeping updates on spending with your account balances. Trust me; I have a different out look on stressful situation I can control. Take stress to a lower level and pray about it if you have too. Reading, Chapter 3.Page (86.) I read that all stress is bad. Its part of a life change. For example, birth of a child is a new life change because youre learning to deal with it. I experience a life change, but not because of giving birth to my second child, I learned how to deal with my child not having the father figure in my life at that time. My partner when thru that not wanting to become a part of a family and disappear. Over a period of time he had no other choice to accept the fact still remain the same is a father and face responsbities, paying child support and watching his child on certain days. I believe that you look at life differently meaningful and fulfilling is so true. It stated also something occurs unexpectly. A positive stress is going on a vaction to relieve stress. So what life changes and stress can both become negative. A negative stress can be where someone is

constanly talking to you about the same thing over and over again to the point it stress you out and you just get a headache or tear up to the point u tell them you dont want to hear it some one elses problems. As a results stress Death of a spouse is rated 100% percent,76% percent getting a divorve,50% percent marriage,25% percent outstanding personal achievement,16% percent going on vacation.

Dealing with stress can be diffcult to cope with for most human being to the breaking situations such as danger or death. Losing your temper causes you to become physical and verbal which lead to not only stress but high blood pressure ,heart attacks ,and strokes. Health issues such as drinking. smoking, and using drugs are most likely to be under a lot of stress. We all find ways, one way after another to calm ourselves down. Stress anxiety and nervousness come from being worry about doing a presentation in from classroom, large crowds so we might break a sweat or tongue tied. Romanic relationships involving you and your signifant others breaking up, getting back together as a first date and getting marry plays a role in stress. After all we cant get out of it seen to sneaking if you ask me. Researching and being taught in class, there many reasons we go thought stages and levels of stress. It puts people in discomfort able circumstances.

Psychological symptoms shows that irritability or anger is 50% percent feeling nervous or sad,46% lack of feeling as though you could cry ,36%percent experience fatigue headache and upset stomach as well,18% none of these. My

symptoms of stress will be like not eating, ant- social, headaches, dizziness, fatigue as well and definably upset stomach will come out of no where and start hurting. Badly, weight lose occurs and acne come upon my face. I was told that your body reacts to stress immedialy with your say sos. I learned that when we under the impression of the word Test we become overwhelming, freak out. Its so true because when I found out we had to do an 8 page report, documents essay in my college writing class, College reading test and others work to get a passing grade I literally became pressure because its the last two weeks of school. I had all symptoms and wanted to give up. I experience the life of a college student. My lesson next semester is to limited my classes and become a part time student. Im Feeling the need to go a trip to Florida, and enjoy myself. Stress after all is a part of our daily life. Actor Kevin Hart is what you called a self efficacy comedy person. He is a very funny person who does on stage comedies, movies and etc He preformed on stage jokes and named it Laugh at Your Pain to Keep from Crying He talks about stressful situations that occurred in his childhood, personal life and experiences in life. Kevin is a good role model to others because he took what was his pain growing up and turned it into a sense of humors in comedian. For instance, he talks about how he grew up in a dysfunction family, divorce with his latest wife, uneducated family members, and how his children behavior at moments and others life matters. He also manage to perform on stage in person, acting in several movies, he mention about how he was bulled as a kid, how he was embarrassing seeing his dad get beat up, why his father choose drugs and never understood his father relationship with his mother which effected him because at some point of time he needed protection, how he

looked back on his family history, they wasnt fighter, they was lover, so whenever he go places he never fought, or depend on his daddy or anybody. It was a mentally flashback of his father, uncles and cousin getting beat up. It was emotion stress to him to not be able to have this relationship with his father because he was an alcohol, and on drugs. His mother was a good woman who raised him and took care of him, and basically he said that his mother wanted the best for hi and his other siblings she chose when will be the perfect time to visit their daddy. How Kevin hart deal with this pain is through comedy which is medicine to the soul. There are others actress, actors that has went stressful situations and use it in a possible way. For an example, Tyler Perry who once was homeless and rejected in life. He became famous and known as a very good movie producer and actor because of his changes made him wiser, mature and stronger. He never thought it would have been him years ago begging on the streets, no food, no home. Stress is sometimes you just have to cope with and take it day at a time. Theres all types of stress, emotion stress is when it fights an adrenalin rush, it over take your immune systems, shut down, heat increases, our blood drain oxygen to prepare our self for danger. Thats how stress can kill us and its the most cause of deceases. When we die the first thing doctors warning their family that he or she was in distress and blood pressure goes up because of stress and worring,being in the hospital,wanting to go home ,not knowing whats going on and the biggest fear is dying. There public stress, about 1/3 which is 33% stress. Communication 90% is no verbal which wavy the argument and evidences central routine. Nurtions 1/3 death leak to stress poor health concerns level fat, high level cholesterol its a process and proteins.

My way of stressful moments I try not to because after reading all types of stress it made me look at life changes differently. I kind find myself reading bible, especially I also readed scripture (provebs17:22) It says a merry heart does good like a medicine to our souls, but a broken spirit dries the bones. Its a amazing thing to share with everyone sense of humor and if there wasnt such thing, this world will be a frown upside down. I enjoy talking to older and elders because their wiser and very experiencing at most situations. I listen to the old stories how blacks and whites didnt like each others and how it was stressful being a certain color to do things. Times can be rough and hard for me being a single parent of two kids, going to school fulltime its a huge responabilites. I have my family support systems to help me out. My bust days is like crazy, for instance I have to manage and take risking with scheduling doctor appointments and children activities ,transporting, cooking ,cleaning, listening to kids yelling, fighting, planning partying and I come last because my kids come first. I can relation and totally agree stress can be uplifting and a hassle.
