Scope of Work
4 Supply of subsea infrastructure including trees, manifolds, suction piles, subsea distribution, topsides controls, flying leads and flexible jumper connection systems with swivels. 4 Project management, system engineering, quality assurance and control and building of a subsea service base in Nigeria to support installation and life of field activities. 4 System integration, testing, installation assistance, service and maintenance. 4 Development of Titus wellhead connectors for interchange able use on alternate wellhead profiles.

Comments
FMCs first major subsea project in Nigeria. FMC Houstons first project to be executed in Nigeria. Twelve (12) 4-slot manifolds and suction piles manufactured in Nigeria. Significant technology and skills transfer to Nigeria with training and development of local personnel in engineering and management disciplines. Sub supplier and supply chain development within Nigeria. Additional equipment added in 2007: eleven (11) subsea trees.
