Dear Chairman Obey:
I am requesting funding for the KidsPeace Evansville Therapeutic Foster Care Program
in the FY2010 Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations Act. The entity to receive
funding for this project is KidsPeace located at Pyramids Building #2, Suite 2071,3500
DePauw Boulevard Indianapolis, IN 46268. The funding would be used for establishing
a therapeutic foster care program in Evansville to provide community-based placement to
children in need of mental health services and at risk of entering the juvenile justice
system. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
