    I am requesting funding for the Indiana County Public Safety Radio Communications Project in
    fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive fu nding for this project is Indiana County, PA, located at
    825 Philadelphia Street, [ndiana, PA. Funding will provide the residents and public safety
    personnel of lndiana Connty with a high quality emergency communi cations serv ice and will
    improve communi cations between emergency services personnel during natural disasters and
    critical events. 1 cel1ify that neither I nor my spouse has any fin ancial interest in this project.
