I am requesting funding for the Highland Park Community Development Corporation

Values Education Through Cooperative Activities Program for Fiscal year 2010. The
entity to receive funding for this project the Highland Park Community Development
Corporation, located at 2730 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11207. The funding would
be used to provide at-risk youth with programs on etiquette/communication skills
development, community projects, sports and conflict avoidance training. I certify that
neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
