Introduction I choose grocery shooping service because almost needs of the people are here . eventhough I know that I need a big capital for my business, I will contineous it and do everything to become it successful. Objectives -The
major objective is to sell products and earn the highest profits

possible. However, grocery store owners face major competition from other retailers like restaurants and mass merchandisers

Decisions- I decided to put up this kind of business because since I was a child this is my dream. Reasons- to help my family in terms of financial and to fulfill all of our needs and also sell products with a lower price. Other information regarding the business- I will only rent the building as an starting then afterwards when there is return on investments I will buy it.

Market description- foods,beverages,ciggarettes,detergent,diapers, and others. Demand- find out how the present demand for certain products or services in the community is being met. Competitors- product and services, how much they costs, how they are distributed, how they are made known to the target market. Supply- find out wether or not local supply can cope with or totally satisfy local demand. Market strategies PricingOrganizations use discounts (very often in the form of a seasonal

sale, e.g. "Father's Day Sales", "Back-To-School Sales" etc.), value packages (e.g. the now ubiquitous fast food value meal), or have package portfolios with varying price ranges to hit a target market or to cut the market into segments

Getting Maximum Results with Minimum Efforts - The main objective of management is to secure maximum outputs with minimum efforts & resources. Management is basically concerned with thinking & utilizing human, material & financial resources in such a manner that would result in best combination. This combination results in reduction of various costs. Increasing the Efficiency of factors of Production - Through proper utilization of various factors of production, their efficiency can be increased to a great extent which can be obtained by reducing spoilage, wastages and breakage of all kinds, this in turn leads to saving of time, effort and money which is essential for the growth & prosperity of the enterprise. Maximum Prosperity for Employer & Employees - Management ensures smooth and coordinated functioning of the enterprise. This in turn helps in providing maximum benefits to the employee in the shape of good working condition, suitable wage system, incentive plans on the one hand and higher profits to the employer on the other hand. Human betterment & Social Justice - Management serves as a tool for the up liftment as well as betterment of the society. Through increased productivity & employment, management ensures better standards of living for the society. It provides justice through its uniform policies.

based trading. Having a technical approach will be very important, especially during your first attempts to develop a personal trading style.
