Technology Work Orders

A work order must be submitted for all technology issues unless it is an emergency. Listed below is what has been established as an emergency: Promethean Boards and LCD 1. Computer not connecting to the network. Projectors are not considered 2. Computer will not boot up. emergencies and should have 3. Cannot access district software (Chancery, Exceed, Gradespeed, etc.) a work order submitted. If you should encounter one of the above problems, call Mrs. Duclos at x04111 and she will radio Bobby Blackwell or Matt Park immediately. All other problems must have a work order submitted.

SUBMITTING WORK ORDERS:


1. Log on to Eduphoria (http://eduphoria.pasadenaisd.org). 2. Select the Help Desk application.

3. Select Technology.

4. Select the item that you are having problems with.

5. Enter the details of your request. You must have a PISD Bar Code entered (red tag with bar code) for each item. If you do not have a bar code for an item, type N/A in the line. Click submit at the bottom right when you are done.

REVIEWING OPEN REQUESTS:


When a work order is submitted it is immedietly assigned to Bobby Blackwell or Matt Park. View the status of a work order by clicking on View My Open Requests.

The turn around time for a work order is 3 work days. If you have not received assistance or any communication about a work order within this time, please do the following: 1. View the status of your work order. The work order may have been forwarded on to Technology Services. 2. Send an email to Bobby Blackwell and/or Matt Park to check on the status of your work order.
