Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field
Inquiry Criteria input our ref no (19xxxxxxx) > Click Search > Click on View.
Question 2
Installation of Add-Ins Application for Microsoft Word 2013

Answer
Installation of Add-Ins Application for Microsoft Word 2013 (for purpose of generating letter with Word format)
Note: Remember to tick "everyone" instead of "only me" while installing the DocGenAddinsetup.zip
1. Microsoft Word’s bit should be 32 or 64. To check Microsoft Word’s bit:
Open Word Document > Click File > Click Option > Click Account > Click About Word Icon
2. Once you have identified your Microsoft version (bit), click on the link at Flash Menu screen for installation.
Double click on the DocGenAddinSetup32 or DocGenAddinSetup64 for installation of word document Add-Ins according to your Microsoft bit
3. To confirm installation Add-Ins is in-placed:
Open Word Document > Click File > Click Option > Click Add Ins > eBworx DocGen Addin is display under Active Application Add-Ins
4. Kindly ensure Add-Ins menu is available and displayed at menu bar of the Microsoft Word.
5. If the Add-Ins is not visible at the menu bar:
Open Word Document > Click File > Click Option > Click Add Ins > Go to Manage at the end of the screen > Click Go for list COM Add-ins > Tick
eBworx DocGen Addin > Click OK
(Close and re-open the word file to check the Add Ins Menu is visible at the top of Menu bar).

How to Print Cover Page

Answer
Step to Print Word Document Template from FLASH (for purpose of generating letter with Word format)
1. Click Solicitor Doc Gen > List of Templates > Click on the link of the relevant document/letter
2. Click OK to proceed and Click Save.
3. Click Open after downloading is completed.
The word document will open. Amend where applicable (e.g.: updating information, inserting letter head etc.)
Note: Do not to delete the code on the left side of the letter
6. After letter has been finalized, Click Add-Ins > Click Confirm Final to Server. System will save document as a pdf format in FLASH system
Note: Please be reminded that FLASH system will automatically "time out" after 30 minutes of log-in. Therefore, do save your document before
timeoff. To save the document, you need to Click Add Ins > Save to Server before step 6.
7. Click OK after the message Result: Success appears.
8. The generated letter will moved to the List of Printed Document in pdf format. Click "Success" to print the letter
Note: If the generated letter is not at the "List of Printed Document", refresh the screen by clicking on the Solicitor Doc Gen tab again

How to complete the Related Party Type = Vendor / Contractor

Answer
1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Go to Solicitor Application Info tab > scroll down to Collateral Listing > Click View > scroll down to Related Party Listing > Click Add > Update
your Related Party Type = Vendor / Contractor details > Click Create.

How To Complete the Chargee and Redemption information

Answer
Mandatory to update Old FI Code
1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input
our ref no (19xxxxxxx) > Click Search > Click on View
2. Go to Solicitor Application Info tab > Scroll down to Facility Listing > Click Edit > Old FI Code (Update Old FI Code field by referring to the
redemption statement).
Question 6
How To Complete the Solicitor Activity

Answer
1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Go to Solicitor Activity > Click Reason for any activity which is overdue (marked in red font) > Select the droplist for Overdue Reason and its
mandatory to update the Remarks field > Click Update
3. For the item which are not applicable, Select the drop list for Overdue Reason (BNK - Others) and its mandatory to update the Remarks field
(input Not applicable) > Click Update
4. Click on check box at column Date Complete/Completed By and click Complete.
Question 7
How To Complete the Solicitor MID Checklist

Answer

1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Go to Solicitor MID Checklist > Complete the details of required document > For document which are optional click Edit > Mandatory to select
Pending or Not required > Click Update
3. Tick on the check box at Date Send to Bank column for document tagged as Not required > Click Sent to Bank

How to check the Execution Status

Answer

1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Go to Solicitor Workflow History Menu > status has changed from Pending Execution by Bank to Pending LAD Issuance
Question 9
How to check the Disbursement Status

Answer
1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Go to Sol Application Information > Scroll down to Facility Listing > Refer column Disbursed Amount. If amount available case has been
disbursed, vice versa.

1. Click on Menu icon on the top left of the screen > Select Task List > at field Inquiry by select Application Ref No. > at field Inquiry Criteria input

2. Click Action on top right corner of screen > Click on SLA reason if required and select the relevant reason (button will be enabled if exceeded
turnaround time) > Click Update > input Remark > Click Execute
