Explosion due to welding or heating of empty closed and/or flammable containers and leaking. 4. Hot surface 5. Long term effect of welding fumes. 5. Welding is carried out in safe environment. 6. Gas cylinders must be held from falling. 7. Flash back arrestors must be fitted at each cylinder and at the hand piece. 8. Do not allow any fitting of gas equipment to be contaminated by oil grease. 9. Keep terminals clean and tight.
