HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The HAARP Research Station is located in Gakona, Alaska 180 miles Northeast of Anchorage.
Work on the HAARP project began in 1990 and Construction began in 1993, having been completed in 2007. HAARP is jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The HAARP research program has cost American tax payers an estimated $300m since the project began.
The goal of the HAARP program is to understand the physical and electrical properties of the Earths Ionosphere which can affect our military and civilian communication, and navigation systems. HAARP sends focused radiated power to heat up sections of the Ionosphere.
Several conspiracy theorists speculate that HAARP is being used for mind control, weather manipulation, and earthquakes. Former government officials like Jesse Ventura have gone into great detail to help understand this powerful instrument. Speculating that the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves produced from HAARP, when targeted on selected areas, can weatherengineer and create mood changes affecting millions of people.
One of the most controversial yet powerful controls that HAARP has is the ability to manipulate weather patterns. Using weather modification for warfare the United States government can bounce ELF waves to create mega storms such as Hurricane Sandy and Katrina. HAARP has been suspected of creating Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, and Tornadoes.
