She helps out other employees without anyone telling her too. She is a team player. Tracy (DM) had given us a task of learning customers names and Kelsey has really taken to it. she is only PT.Time but when she is here. All you can hear is Hi jim, Sam hows your day today. i bet she has OVER 25 customers names down. this is AWESOME!! Make sure that all of the duties are done, Great with customers, Always willing to pick up shift if needed.

Lakeley takes a lot of pride in the cleanliness of the food area when she is scheduled to cover the area. Mike came thru in a pinch more this month and really helped me out. Seth is a very valuable third shifter. He always goes above and beyond to make the store ready for first shift. He often sweeps the lot and will do any extra duties he can find once he has his own completed. He is a great worker and we appreciate him greatly! Brittnany works third shift with honors. The store and the customers are taken care of when she is working. She deep cleans and completes extra tasks when time will allow. She is a great asset to our team. Monna has been very willing to help with many things through out the store. She is willing to complete any task that I ask of her without complaint. She continues to stay busy most of her scheudled shift.

In the last couple weeks, I have seen Remi on numerous occasions go out of her way to help customers, especially those who are having issues at the pump. When the time is available, she does a great job of helping the customer to get their card to work at the pump & explain our rewards program and how the customer can start to save money on gas. She has also been our best employee in using the Lift program & getting customers involved with the touch screens as well. While short-handed due to manager being out for RBA, as well as covering for other employees, Amanda (Mandy) came in each time she was called, as well as accepting extra shifts to fill holes. Mandy has a very positive attitude which makes customers and employees more positive and happier. Desiree always greets every customer as they walk in the door. She normally works weekend 3rd shifts but has been helping out on truck day and gets it put up in a very timely fashion. Carol helped me keep my sanity during September which is Pork Fest Month by taking the cooler off my shoulders. with all the back stock we had before and after the Pork Fest she still kept the cooler clean and accessible. Nate is always willing to go to another store and help them when they are short staffed. Every time he has been somewhere else I hear that he did a great job and was a joy to work with that shift. Nate has really learned how to get things accomplished while also waiting on the customers and makes it his goal to greet everyone and have them leave with a smile. She has great customer service never stops working.

Meryle always goes out of her way to help the store out. If she didnt complete a task on 3rds she will stay over to finish the task. She is always willing to pick up extra shifts to help the store out even when she works her other job and is losing sleep to do so. Also Merle has had the lowest cash over/short in the store for the last 5 months running total is -$0.72 Mike is a part time 3rd shift employee; he helped by picking up an additional shift while the full time person was on vacation. When he works the store always looks great in the morning. Daneille helps me with ordering and various manager duties that I need help with. She carries item out to the car for elderly and handicapped customers and helps customers with their fuel. She knows customers by name and greets them with a friendly hello and their name. Gets all of her side duties done and even does some of the closer duties as well to help them out. Maggie has turned into a valuable employee. She always arrives to work on time; willing to pick up extra hours and helps everyone whenever necessary. Jennifer works days. She has learned the names of many of our regulars. They come here to see her. If her car isn't here they ask where she is. She is turning those regular customers into loyal customers! Breanna continues to be here when I need here. If I have a bump in the schedule, she is always ready to jump in where I need her. Angie always helps her fellow team members without being asked. She is customer focused at all times. Andrea has stepped up, in the absence of a manager, and assisted the Asst. Manager and Temp Manager with getting the store in order. Andrea has taken the time to learn more responsibilities, and has taken an interest in management. Fernando is a new employee and has shown he will go out of his way to help any customer and employee when needed, Nancee has really stepped up. She has taken control of the deli and backroom order and checking in the Eby truck.

Sara is so focus on the customer to be satisfied and goes way above and beyond to make sure it happens. She will go out to the pump to help. or she will walk them to the isle where the product is they want if she is able to. She is just super with the customers and making sure to keep them coming back. She received two subway surveys with great comments. Ms. Nina Morris always helps a customer even they don't ask for help. She makes sure customer is satisfied before leaving the store. She's a GREAT example of Customer Service at Ricker's! Ruth was robbed and she did all the right things. The police still come in and talks about how perfect she did everything. Also she is a very good employee. She come in when I need her too, she picks up extra hours. Good customer service. Gets along well with her coworkers. Candy has worked here for about 13 years and as long as I have been here for 8 years she has never called in. Candy always lets me know is we are running low of any coffee, fountain and cleaning products she always helps me with training any new hire and goes above and beyond with any customer that needs help and she is always willing to help any employee out when needed with work or personal issues. she is awesome Katie works like a trooper. Great customer service. Sarah is an exemplary employee. During my first month and a half as manager of this store, she has really stepped up to help out, even though she isn't even a full-time employee. She takes new employees under her wing to train and help them where needed, and she sets a terrific example for other employees to follow. She has also been very helpful with picking up extra shifts when needed. Andrew primarily works second shift, and every time I come in the next day after him I find a note saying that clean/organized something that I never even mentioned to him. He really cares about the appearance and quality of the store and goes out of his way to make it shine.

Jasymne had a lady come in that couldn't get the pump started outside, she prepaid inside and explained why we have to have an amount and couldn't just start the pump while she waited inside. Apologized for the inconvenience and trouble and smoothed everything over at the store level. NELSON SHOWED COMPASSION AND WAS VERY CONCERNED FOR OUR FALLEN CSR, AND CARED FOR HIM UNTIL THE FIRE DEPT CAME. Kyle every day he works takes a positive outlook on days good or bad. He always makes the customers smile and when he is coached to do better he improves 110% in any area.
