Deeper and broader understanding of their roles as teacher leaders SSDs are better equipped with understanding of job scope of teacher leaders along the teaching track to advise staff about their career progression. Teachers have a better understanding of how to build capacity as part of their professional development.

Greater clarity about expectations of the accreditation standards of a Master Teacher.
