Nowdays, The goverment has announced to the citizen about increasing the price of gasoline, because state subsidies that keep it well below the international market rate are making our devise become deficit. Moreover, the government also didnt give another choice to the citizen. Then, I would support the governments idea, but the government should follow this ideas. First idea is the diversification of gas. It can help the government to control the consumption of energy easier. Thus, diversification includes conversion of oil based energy into non-oil energy sources such as gas and coal. Furthermore, energy plays a vital role in developing economic activities and national security. It means that energy management which includes the supply, demand, and consumption of energy must be carried out in a good manner. Energy conservation and diversification is the primary key for energy security. The second idea is about the distribution of gas in Indonesia. As we can see, sometimes the gas price will easily increase due to the scarcity of gas in some places in Indonesia. At least ,we can know this is kind of example of economy politic of people who want to control the gas price. This can be changed if the government makes a good regulation to control the distribution of gas before make a regulation of rise the gas price. The next is preparation of energy infrastructure such as make a new frameworks about the regulation of gas or oil in Indonesia. If these are not immediately prepared, Indonesia would certainly hard to switch from fossil fuels into renewable energy. The new frameworks can realize the citizen not to depend their live to the subsidy from the government. Goverment and the citizen should try to think it again to solve the price of gas problem .There are several homeworks for the goverment ,first the government should make

a diversification and conservation of energy .The next, it will be better if the government can tight up the system of distribution of gas in Indonesia . Then, the final step that needs to be taken is makes a new frameworks about the regulation of gas or oil in Indonesia.
