    Where Did I Put Those Keys? Are you worried about your forgetfulness some days?

    Are you worried about your memory or the memory of someone close to you? Are you experiencing or seeing signs of memory loss and wonder if it is more than old age? Have you ever started to introduce your friend and suddenly couldnt remember your friends name? Of course you have. We all do from time to time. Memory lapses are normal. But when do you know if it is more than just old age? Join Holly VanHeel, Nutrition and Health Program Specialist for Iowa State University Extension & Outreach at the Sac County Extension and Outreach office on Wednesday, November 13 from 6pm 8pm to participate in a program called, Where Did I Put Those Keys.
