of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries into AICTE approved Institutions for UG &PG Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture & Town Planning, MBA & MCA Courses for the Block Period 2013-14 to 201516- Notification Issued. In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued Guidelines for admission of Foreign Nationals/PIO/Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries into AICTE approved Institutions under Supernumerary quota and AFRC also directed to fix the Tuition fee and other fee for candidates admitted under the scheme. 2. Accordingly, the Member Secretary, Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has submitted the proposal for fixing the Tuition fee under the Scheme. 3. The following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh extra-ordinary Gazette dt.13.09.2013. Notification: In exercise of the powers conferred under the guidelines issued in the G.O. 1st read above, read with sub rule (V) of Rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (For Professional courses offered in Private Un-aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 issued in the G.O 2nd read above, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby notify the following Fee structure for admission of Foreign Nationals/PIO/Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries into AICTE approved Institutions under Supernumerary quota for the academic years 2013-14 to 2015-16. (i) The fee of US $5000 per each academic year for each of BE / B.Tech. B. Pharmacy, Pharma-D and B. Architecture & Planning Courses and US $ 3000 per each academic year for each of MBA and MCA Courses in respect of Foreign Nationals and PIO is fixed. As regards the Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries into AICTE approved Institutions under Supernumerary quota,the same fee is fixed for the above said courses as fixed for the Indian Nationals in the colleges in which they seek admission. ::2:: (ii) The fee of US $ 6000 per each academic year for each of ME/ M.Tech. M. Pharmacy, Pharm-D (PB) and M. Architecture & Planning Courses in respect of Foreign Nationals and PIO is fixed. As regards the Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries into AICTE approved Institutions under Supernumerary quota, the same fee is fixed for the above said courses as fixed for the Indian Nationals in the colleges in which they seek admission.
