to experience things that hurt us deeply and force us to change the struggles are unbearable at times and create a hole inside of us that is so deep it feels as though nothing will ever ll it We will all reach this point at one time or another or perhaps many times throughout our lives and we will all wonder how in the world we will ever make it out of this dark place how do we turn it around how do we ll this with light is there hope lying beneath the darkness? if so where has it gone where do we nd the strength to go on to dig our way out of this seemingly bottomless pit of pain and suffering how do we nd the strength to let go to give up control? the only way is to allow God to enter our hearts and ll the emptiness he will bring us out of the bottomless pit lifes hurts have created hand it over admit our powerlessness and accept that we cannot do this on our own we need Gods love and grace
