Dear Maam Barrios, Chemistry Block Section 201 is in a very difficult predicament. The aforementioned subject is offered only every 2nd semester. The four students who are currently enrolled in the subject will be extended for one more year if the subject will not be converted into tutorial since one student in the person of Mr Joel Castro will not be permitted to enroll because he still got a remaining balance. I already talked to him and he promised to pay the said amount before the summer ends In view of the above mentioned reasons may I request that Mr. Joel Castro be permitted to enroll this summer.
