    Upon November 25, 1991 motion of the Regional Administrator therefor, unopposed by
    Employer, and upon Employer's failure to respond to the order to show cause entered herein
    November 20, 1991, and

    It appearing that jurisdiction herein to entertain Employer's request for hearing is lacking
    under Subpart B of 20 C.F.R. 655, it is hereby

    ORDERED, that this matter be and the same is DISMISSED,
