    Internet Explorer Settings..

    CRM Open Internet Explorer Go to Tools -> internet Options

    Click on Security Select Trusted Sites Zone Click on Sites

    Enter *.sdc.bsnl.co.in Uncheck Require Server Verification (https) Click on Add Click Close

    Click on Custom Level Button

    Select Low

    Click on Reset Button Then click OK Select Privacy Tab Uncheck Turn on Pop Up Blocker Option Click on OK

    Verification CRM users can verify the settings by CDR CRM Module Open Internet Explorer Enter Site Address http://www.crm.sdc.bsnl.co.in

    Enter user name Password CSRHYD
