Converge 2009 A weekend mass youth choir experience!

Converge is an annual gathering of several youth choirs across Texas

who meet over one weekend to learn music and perform it for church
worship services. This year’s Converge is hosted by Tallowood Baptist Church
in Houston, Texas. As a part of this year’s event, the choirs will be singing
the National Anthem at a Houston Astros game. Please review the details

Schedule Cost - $40
Saturday Includes:
7:00 a.m. – Leave Valley Mills for Houston • Lunch Saturday and Sunday
10:45 a.m. – Rehearsals, Lunch, etc. • Hotel
4:30 p.m. – Travel to Stadium • Transportation
6:05 p.m. – Houston Astros Game • Astros box seat ticket
TBA - Additional rehearsals • T-Shirt
11:00 p.m. – Bed time • Snacks and bottled water

Sunday Need to Bring

7:00 a.m. – Wake up, breakfast, load vehicles
9:00 a.m., 10:15, 11:30 – Worship Services
12:00 p.m. – Approximate time for Lunch
12:45 p.m. – Leave Houston for Valley Mills
4:45 p.m. – Approximate arrival in V.M.
• Money for food/drink at Astro’s game
• Jeans and for performances (baseball game
and Sunday morning worship)
• Solid color shirt with collar, either button-
down or polo (for Sunday morning)
