New York's controversial Mayor-Rudy Guillani looks set to increase his unpopularity amongst the Hip Hop community

after launching a scathing attack on Puerto Rican Rappers Fat Joe and Big Pun. Guiliani has ordered the two stars to move out of the Big Apple, claiming their' weight is a tl;lreat to 'the very foundations ofthe city'. Both Joe, who weighs in at 38 stone and Pun, a staggering 59, are known to live up to their' heavyweight reputations; often consuming up to half a ton of food daily. In 1997, their local borough announced a severe food shortage after Joe complained of 'the munchies' following a quick joint. Guillani also cites complaints from residents who get held up as the duo become stuck in doorways and halve the speed of Subway trains with their immense weight, as more damning reasons why the portly vatos should up and leave. Whilst 'queen bitch' Roxanne Shante doesn't disagree with claims that the rappers have required reinforced sidewalks and other strengthening measures in the area, she still feels the Mayor's comments discriminatory.
