: 1/9/2007 : FOLLOW UP CT NECK , CHEST , ABDOMEN & PELVIS: 1 A known case of lymphoma.

. 1 Compared to previous CT study dated 30/5/2007 , the current study shows: I / NECK: 1 Marked regressive in size & extent of the previously noted cervical lymphadenopathy with residual few subcentimetric middle & upper deep cervical lymph nodes. 1 Normal appearance of the laryngeal air colum. 1 No sizable neck masses could detected. II /CT CHEST: Both lungs are clear with no evidence of pulmonary infiltrations or mass lesions. No detectable pleural effusion or thickening on either side. Near total resolution of the mediastinal & both axillary lymphadenopathy with residual small left axillary lymph nodes. No gross cardiac abnormality detected . III / CT ABDOMEN & PELVIS: 1 Almost near resolution of the previously seen abdominal & pelvic lymphadenopathy apart from small para aortic & celiac lymph nodes . 1 Hepato splenomegly still seen. 1 A small about 5mm right liver calyx stones with no back changes , otherwise normal CT upper of both kidneys. 1 No ascites or pelvic collection seen. 1 Normal filling of the urinary bladder. OPINION 1 Favorable marked regressive course since the latest study. 1 Tiny right lower calyx stones.
