Platteville-Lancaster Boys Soccer

Hello, You have received this letter because you will be a Freshman at Platteville High School this coming Fall. My name is Brandon Pink and Im the head coach for the Platteville-Lancaster boys soccer program. I would like to take a few paragraphs to tell you a bit about the program and invite you to play with us this fall. Being a student-athlete is a challenge. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment. It is also a tremendously rewarding experience. The skills you gain and lessons you learn will last you a lifetime. Helping our players grow as people is the first and primary goal of the PlattevilleLancaster boys soccer program. It is no coincidence that student comes first in student-athlete, and we strive to make sure our players excel scholastically and morally every bit as much as they do athletically. And they do excel athletically. The Platteville-Lancaster boys soccer program has a tradition of excellence. We consistently challenge for the SWC title, and have won it more than any other school. We are competitive with the states top programs in our division, and as recently as a few years ago have been ranked top ten in the state and made an appearance in the state tournament. Our program produces top-notch talent by placing an emphasis on development and playing an intelligent, skillful brand of soccer. However, there is a place for everyone in this program. Those who have been playing soccer all their lives, as well as those who havent played before. Serious soccer players as well as student-athletes looking for something to participate in. I would be glad to have you in the program, and I hope you will consider playing soccer this fall. If you are interested, please get in touch with me by phone or email. I would be glad to answer any questions you have, as well as provide more detailed information, schedules, etc. I hope to hear from you soon! Sincerely, Brandon Pink Head Coach Platteville-Lancaster Boys Soccer brndnpink@gmail.com, pinkb@uwplatt.edu 608-778-4714
