- PROJECT C.U.R.E. is the largest provider of donated medical

supplies and equipment to developing countries around the world


- Ranked in Top 20 Most Efficient Charities in World by Forbes

Mission Statement: To identify, solicit, collect, prepare and deliver medical supplies and services according to the imperative needs of the world

HISTORY
Started in 1987 in future CEO James Jacksons garage, where he

assembled medical supply packages and shipped them to developing countries


Began during a trip to Brazil, when Jackson noticed the lack of medical

supplies in rural areas

When he returned he collected $250,000 worth of medical

supplies and shipped it to Brazil, effectively beginning PROJECT C.U.R.E.

TODAY
- Today PROJECT C.U.R.E. has distribution and collection centers

in 14 locations nationally
- One of nations largest non-profit organizations

Delivers relief to over 120 countries

Now operated by James Jacksons son, Douglas Jackson

OUR CONTRIBUTION
Worked for 3 hours unloading and organizing a large truck full of

medical supplies
Organized boxes onto pallets and moved supplies throughout two

story warehouse
Boxes of loose supplies, crutches, toilet seats, wheelchairs

Helped fill and seal boxes for shipment Swept, washed and mopped warehouse to maintain sanitary

environment
