A Bonsai-Guide on How to Train


0. Be prepared.
Know your topic (or know how to fake it well). Make sure you have a logical flow, and evaluate the time needed for each session. Adapt to your audience and what they know. Know what role you have to play. (Is it a presentation? A training? A discussion?)

1. Be yourself.
If you are funny, e it. If you are not, don!t try (smiling is enough). "he easiest is to make fun of yourself ( ut not too much...).
