For the title of associate professor candidate must fulfill the following conditions: 1.1. +old a Doctorate degree (equivalent to the Faculty of Arts); 1. . +ave a select num#er of monographs% pu#lications in $ournals ,nternational scientific or artistic% with at least three ma$or wor&s pu#lished in international $ournals as first author or reporter; 1.'. !o demonstrate the a#ility to teach; 1.(. !he witness wor&% &nowledge and mastery of the su#$ect area concerned. . !he acquisition of title and length of employment is for ' years.
