1. What is Internet? Internet is a widely used research tool, providing society with access to global information and instant communication. 2. Internet Origins? The World Wide Web actually is a service of the internet while the internet was developed in the late 1900s; the WWW emerged in the early 1900s. It consists of worldwide collections of electronics documents is called a web page. Web site collects web pages and associates items. Such as documents or pictures. Web server is a computer that delivers requested web pages to the computer. 6. Internet differences? Email is the transmission of messages and files via a computer network. Instant Message notifies you when one or more people are online and then allows you to exchange message. VIoP also called Internet telephony enable users to speak to other users over the internet.
