I want to ma e confident decisions that will best for all involved. I usually need time to thin things through, which is not always the case as an administrator. I want my mentors to assign me tas s that enhance my opportunities to ma e solid decisions. I will listen to what others are saying and gain something from the feedbac if it is constructive. I will recogni'e that others have something valuable to contribute. I will listen more attentively to those around me.
