    Saturday, August 16th, 2008. 9am-5pm

    Booth Information and Registration Form


    - Must Pre-Register by August 10, 2008
    - Booth size is 10’x10’ on green grass area
    - Cost is $50 per booth, discounts for non-profit
    - Set-up time beginning at 7a.m.
    - Site plan will be mailed out the last week of July
    - Your check and registration form is your confirmation
    - Please make checks to Forest Hills UMC
