January 15, 2013 Dear Parents: Parent/teacher conferences will be held in February.

It is expected that parents of ALL East Goshen children will plan to attend these conferences. There will be no school for ALL Kindergarten students on Wednesday 2/13, Thursday 2/14, and Friday 2/15. For grades 1-5 there will be a half day in the morning on Wednesday 2/13 and Thursday 2/14, with dismissal on both days at 11:40 am. There will be no school for ALL Students on Friday 2/15. Please fill out one form for each child that attends East Goshen Elementary School if you have not already scheduled a conference. Mr. Dennis M. Brown Principal

When the conference time is assigned, you will receive this same letter back with Section C filled in by the teacher. Please indicate your preference for a day and time and we will make every attempt to schedule your conference at a time convenient for you. The Parent/Teacher Conference for __________________________________________ has been scheduled for February _________________________, at __________________ time. Conferences are 20 minutes in length. You may proceed directly to your childs classroom. Come to the office if you need directions. We ask that parents make arrangements to leave all children at home for conferences so that complete attention can be given to the discussion of student performance. There is no supervision for children in the multi-purpose areas of the school, (i.e., hallways, the Pit, the multi-purpose room or recess grounds). If you have to reschedule or cancel your conference time please make contact with your childs teacher.
