    Loan processing Behind the scenes working on loans Work closely with member-customers Work as part of a team with other loan officers Support rural Missouri through all financial services

    Make sure all parts of a loan are correct Meet with member-customers and get information to fill out loan applications Take loans from start to finish Deal with any problems within the loan process Be able to work with several different types of loans Work on multiple loans at one time
