Dear Mrs. Moore,

My name is Emily Morgan I am a student in your second block class. I am also your FBLA president. I would like to discuss the option of us collecting gifts for the children of DHR for Christmas. I think we should do this because it is a great opportunity for us to make sure the less fortunate children have a great Christmas. We should try and convinced the whole school to contribute. We can start now by collecting gifts. If we start collecting now it will give us plenty of time to try and collect enough Christmas gifts to give to every child. Students dont have to bring expensive gifts. No matter what we collect I know the children will be grateful for anything. Christmas isnt about receiving. It is about giving. With the help of you and Dallas County High School, we can give children presents that probably will not get one single gift for Christmas. Please that this letter into consideration. I hope we can accomplish this task and give to the unfortunate.
