Assessment
1. Post-menopausal bleeding 2. Watery-serosanguineous drainage 3. Low back, pelvic or abdominal pain 4. Enlarged uterus in advanced stage

Non-Surgical Interventions
1. Radiation Therapy 2. Chemotherapy 3. Progestational therapy medroxyprogesterone (Depo-Provera) or megestrol acetate (Megace) 4. Tamoxifen (Nolvadex)
