The batts were ordered from your customer Web site. On November 1, I received sixty R-30 Kraft Faced Batts from your regional distribution center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I immediately notified the delivery driver as well as sent out an e-mail of the shortage of the order. I have yet to receive the remaining forty R-30 Kraft Faced Batts. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt of payment, the shipping form, and the e-mail I sent on November 1 the day of the delivery notifying you of the shortfall. If you cannot fulfill my order by November 30, please credit my account for the remaining forty R-30 Kraft Faced Batts. Sincerely,
