Purple Secure Systems awarded a place on the Governments Digital Services Framework Agreement.
Purple Secure Systems is pleased to announce that they have recently been awarded a place on the Governments Digital Services Framework. This is a new framework which allows any Government department to tap into a pool of SMEs with an Agile capability. The framework is associated with Government Transformation programme to migrate many existing transactional services (examples listed at http://digital.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/2013/07/18/transforming-government-services/) from the existing paper-based processes to online Digital Services. The move within Government is an attempt to reduce the overheads associated with many of the tasks they perform, through drawing on agile digital services from pre-qualified suppliers who provide better value for money. David Harris, Managing Director of Purple commented that This framework allows Government departments to draw on our agile digital services with little overhead and bureaucracy. Purple looks forward to contributing further to this efficient and economical Government procurement programme. ENDS
