Good morning, Please find an outline/explanation of the agenda items for Friday's meeting below: 1.

Copyright Issues: Purdue University has given us permission to use any of the questions in their catalog (see attached) as long as we reference them in any external reports. We did decide to keep questions 1,3,5,6,11,12 and modify 2,4,7,12,13,14. 2. Question Modifications: We can either choose to modify the current questions or choose questions from the attached catalog that meet the same purpose. We will discuss this at our meeting. 3. Categorical Analysis: We decided that we would mirror the student questionnaire with our classroom observation form categories which include: physical space, class instruction, class interactions, learning styles, and classroom management. Once we modify or replace the questions 2,4,7,12,13,14, we should make sure we address all of these categories. We can discuss categorizing the questions we have decided to keep at our meeting. 4. Open Ended Questions: We need to decide if we want to create these types of questions. We will want to start to compile questions from other sources or create them.
