They were about the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, steroids in baseball, the end of NASA, and global warming. When I wrote these papers I would make note cards with the source and what I wanted to write. Typically I would work by myself or with the help of the teacher. It was easiest to work in a quiet space. Good writing is detailed and easy to understand for your audience. It also lets the reader picture the writing in their mind.
