CALM: Resources Final Project

In groups of 3-5 you are going to create your own board game! Your board game will meet the outcomes that we have discussed in the resources section. Items that your board game must include are: 40-50 playing spaces Game can be continuous or start to finish Some sort of $ or tally system Include directions, rules and objectives of the game 4 examples from each GLO:

R.1: Personal Resources (budgeting, saving $, using $) R.2: Needs and Wants within Society R4: Demonstrate knowledge of and a commitment to achieving person all financial goals R.5: Challenges of Independent and Interdependent Living (tenant agreements, renting, roommates, and consumer reports) R.7: Types of Financial Institutions (banking) R.8: Advantages and Disadvantages of Credit R.10: Variety of Insurance (car, health, fraud)

How you will be graded:

Using 4 examples from each GLO (28 total x 2/each)= 56 Marks Directions/rules/Objective of the Game= 10 marks Effort and Overall Presentation= 15 Marks Peer and Self Evaluation= 5 Marks Total Marks= 86
