The occupational Safety and Health act


The O.S.H.A is the primary federal law which governs health and safety in the private sector and federal government in the United States. It started on December 29,1970 by president Richard Nixon.

O.S.H.A
Its important because it insured every man and woman safe and healthy working conditions. It helped prevent millions of deaths in the U.S.A since the time it was passed.

Federal food, drug, and cosmetic act


It was signed into law by President Roosevelt on June 25, 1938. The goal of the bill was to make sure that people across the U.S would have safe food to eat.

F.D.C.A
The drug amendments of 1962 made it so that a drug can not be released unless a new drug application is in effect. The amendment helped people in need of medication get what they needed safely.
