Sample Cover Letter Cover Letter Dear Human Resources, The opportunity to collaborate with your organization represents a chance to apply my background in service delivery, communications, and outreach to further education. I am an international educator passionate about facilitating learning and growth. This interest began as a college student, when I volunteered in Nicaragua to assist service program for visiting students. After college I worked abroad as a language consultant where I developed and implemented bilingual curriculums for high school classrooms. Later I promoted study and service abroad for university students, and served as a liaison between our onsite staff and university educators. As a graduate student I studied Latin American Education policy, doing research on and working with popular education programs in Brazil. In my recent work with a chapter-based network for inter-American exchange, I supported the network of volunteers, program implementers, and their participants. I did so through telephone communications, new media, grant disbursements and reports, webinars and events, surveys and research, and people-to-people interactions. Together we implemented a new platform and database, and increased student chapters, service opportunities, and network funds. Working with a rich diversity of stakeholders to refine processes for an international non-profit provided a tremendous opportunity for professional growth. In my most recent role as a Global Leaders Fellow in Santa Catarina, I worked with Brazilian students via video conference calls, e-learning curriculums, and new media, and my students earned three of the five international education scholarships competed for by over one hundred students.
