As exposed in my CV, I have a degree in Social Psychology, and while I was still studying I started to focus my

educational and personal experience towards international cooperation, humanitarian aid and Human
Rights, with diverse courses, internships and volunteer work in different NGOs, as working in Development
was my professional goal since the very beginning. To complete my theoretical background I attended a
Master in International Development and a Diploma in Mental Health in Political Violence Situations and
Catastrophes. Recently I have taken two specialization courses, one in Childhood and the other in Gender,
being the two areas of my interest, as to complete my theoretical knowledge in order to be able to offer a
more specialized profile to organizations and the people they work for and with.

According to my professional experience, I have been working in program management since 2005, both
from Headquarters and at field, with different organizations and at diverse countries. Within this time, I
have gained a large experience in projects' formulation, management and monitoring, in the areas of child
aid, education, health and rural development, with different financial agencies.

For the last four years, I have been working in Mozambique, first as Project Manager and Delegate of a
Spanish NGO and afterwards at the Fundraising Department of a local NGO. Therefore, I have been
responsible for the technical and financial follow up of the projects on the field, the identification of new
funds and counterparts and writing of new proposals and reports. Being in contact with financial agencies,
governmental institutions and cooperation agencies involved in the projects was also part of my duties, as
well as to supervised administrative tasks that guarantied the proper function of the office, budgeting,
personal hiring and coordination and training of volunteers.

I am now back in Spain, working at a private foundation in a program that works to contribute to the
eradication of child labour in Latin America. Within the program, both projects I am supervising (IV
International Meeting against Child Labour and the Latin American Network against Child Labour) are
committed with assuring quality education at schools, encouraging work with communities, the promotion
of public policies and networking with all the stakeholders involved.

I believe that during my professional trajectory I have been able to accomplish the required competences
and abilities to cover this post with responsibility and efficiency. I am highly motivated to work with your
organization and willing to keep learning and developing myself, professionally and personally, in the area of
development.

Thank you in advance for your attention.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
